Terms And Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by CR Detailing (“we,” “our,” “us”) to you (“the customer”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are subject to availability.

A deposit of 20% may be required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with sufficient notice (see Section 4).
2. Payments

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash and bank transfer

Prices quoted may vary if additional work is required (e.g., excessive soiling or additional services requested).
3. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

The customer must ensure the vehicle is in a reasonable condition for detailing.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be documented before work begins.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.

If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.
5. Liability

We will take all reasonable care when working on your vehicle; however, we cannot be held liable for:

Pre-existing damage to paintwork, trim, or interior

Damage resulting from undisclosed modifications or repairs

Issues arising from manufacturer defects

6. Aftercare

We may provide aftercare advice to help maintain results. Following this advice is the customer’s responsibility and may affect warranty on coatings or treatments.
7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
